Royal Bayview Condos is a new condo project by Tridel and is currently in pre-construction. Royal Bayview architect is designed by Kirkor Architects + Planners. The new project will be located at 7859 Yonge Street in Thornhill. The site is just off Bayview Avenue & Royal Orchard Boulevard.

Royal Bayview Condos will be two towers of 12 storeys each with 168 luxury condo units. Units will be a mix of two bedroom and three bedroom layout. Units will range from 1,056 square feet to about 4,780 square feet. The estimated completion date for Royal Bayview Condos is set for Summer 2024.
